Return window

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  

Condition

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition.
  

• Please include original packaging if possible.
  

How to start a return

• Email info@austineverything.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  
  We’ll reply within one business day with simple next steps.
  

Return shipping cost

• Customers may return items using their own postage or request a prepaid USPS label.
  

• If we provide the label, a $5.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  

Exchanges

• One free exchange per order (for size or color) within the 30-day window.
  

• We’ll send your replacement shirt at no extra cost once we receive the original item.
